I, on behalf of entire college, managing committee, teaching and non teaching staff, welcome you to our prestigious educational institution, Kamala Devi Sohanraj Singhvi Jain College of Education, a self financed minority co-educational college, in B. Ed. & D. El. Ed. Course for two years.
Established in 2008 by Shree S.S. Jain Sabha, B.Ed. Course of our college is recognized by the NCTE and affiliated to Baba Saheb Asmbedkar Education University erstwhile WBUTTEPA. After the successful completion of 11yrs of B. Ed. Course we have introduced D. El. Ed. Course for primary trainee teachers. Our D. El. Ed. Course is recognised by the NCTE in the year 2018 and affiliated to the West Bengal Board of Primary Education.
It’s my pleasure to inform you that we have been imparting quality education since inception. We primarily focus on moulding our trainee teachers into successful professionals through strategic teaching of both theoretical and practical aspects during B. Ed. & D. El. Ed. Course.
As this is the professional course, we endeavour to inculcate social values and principles of personal excellence and care for others. We expect a professional approach and outlook from our trainee teachers too.
Teachers are friend, philosopher and guide. Our teachers will always remain as the navigators to guide you. The duty of the teachers is not only to impart education, but also to inculcate discipline and qualities in their students.

Our college is situated at Cossipore, beside Sarvamangla Ganga Ghat. It’s well-connected to bus, train, metro and launch routes.
